Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Željko Filipin 2013-12-02 15:27:44 UTC
Since more and more people that are completely new to testing and/or mediawiki are joining us, I would like to make sure our documentation is as good as possible.

The first step was to find the documentation that we already have.

I have found Category:QA[1] (55 pages) and Category:Testing[2] (37 pages).

1: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Category:QA
2: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Category:Testing

If you need more information (and you probably do), feel free to ask questions here, at #wikimedia-qa freenode IRC channel or at QA mailing list:

When somebody new appears, we should point them to read pages that have *both*[1] QA[2] and New_contributors[3] category.

2: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Category:QA

Comment 7 Željko Filipin 2013-12-03 12:49:25 UTC
Should we move information from mediawiki-selenium readme file[1] somewhere to mediawiki.org?
