This is because your global account
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/NahidSultan> is locked.

See this <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?page=User:NahidSultan@global>

You should create a temporary account on Meta-Wiki and either ask J.delanoy
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:J.delanoy> or steward request
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/SRG> to be unlocked.

See <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Lock> for details. There might be a bug
about having the log-in message say something other than "wrong password"(it
would be filed under Extensions/CentralAuth)

I think this is invalid. This is expected behaviour of CentralAuth (from a steward's perspective, not user's).

File a separate bug about the lack of correct message for logging in after being locked.

Thanks. I asked J.delanoy to unlock.
Comment 7 J.delanoy 2013-12-02 17:44:54 UTC
Unlocked. I do not know how adequately to apologize. I am on my phone, but I will be sure to address this more properly when I get to a more suitable device.

At least it was resolved quickly, unlike bug 53755, from July, which is still unresolved.
Comment 9 Brad Jorsch 2013-12-02 18:47:02 UTC
I'm going to resolve this as a duplicate of the newly-created bug 57866, which specifically calls out the poor error message when an account is globally locked.
