Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

On the page http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autisme the level indentation in the
table of content is inexistant from title 4 to the end.

The same problem exists on other wikipedia.

Here is some sample code to reproduce the problem :

this section causes the bug : following titles in the generated toc aren't indented
