A user of pl.wiki (Mareklug) reported a bug with indenting in long tocs. The
problem seems to occur when the level goes up, down a bit, down some more and
then back up. See test cases linked below for examples (you may play with those
pages as they are in user space and I'll delete them after this is fixed).
