Internal links are already parsed, I would like external links to be parsed as
well. By external I mean e.g.:
[http://something.org/page.php?param1=text%12%32 displayed text]

I use a tool that helps me answer people supplying a link in the newly created
section. The problem is the link can be pretty long and some say it looks bad in
Recent changes and history pages.

Real example link (in polish):
[http://pl.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Dyskusja_Wikipedysty:Nux&oldid=5757468#propozycja_przycisk.C3.B3w_dope.C5.82niaj.C4.85cych_opis_zmian
