Description John Mark Vandenberg 2014-09-12 22:40:14 UTC
It should be possible to access closed WMF wikis. The pywikibot family files prevent this, and result in errors when attempting to instantiate a Site for a closed wiki.

At least read API calls should be possible, and write actions depending on user-rights. e.g. stewards have edit rights.
