VisualEditor screenshot, showing number of image resizing handles in frameless vs thumb

May be related to bug 62139.

1. Open a right-aligned image in VisualEditor. Set to "thumb". Count image resizing handlers (answer: 1).

2. Change image to "frameless". Count image resizing handlers (answer: 4).

I believe this also happens in "frame" and "basic", but it's a little hard to tell because of another bug (that sets them to full size).

It would make more sense to only have one handle for this situation. Two (on the two lower corners) might make sense for centered images. Probably nothing should have a handle on the top corners.

So, this seems to still happen in beta labs, but it's seems to be fixed in master.
