The group names in notifications about right changes are rendered in the way they are entered in the software ("sysop", "bureaucrat", "epcoordinator"). It would be much more helpful to users (especially on non-English projects) to use a localized name, depending on the user's language settings. The concerned message is notification-user-rights-remove, parameter $1.
