The scenario is the following: I'm translating a certain string and adding it to my following list (I turned the automatic follow feature on). When someone changes my string I get a mail notification about the change saying that a certain user changed my string and accurate date and time of the change etc. Same happens when someone reviewed my string, in order to realize this is only a review I go to the history and see that I'm the only one who made changes to this string. My suggestion is adding some additional info to the mail that will help me determine that this is only a review and not an edit. Thanks!
You can see it from not having a link for the diff. This is the same for all log actions. See bug 14901. It is currently not possible to override it from extensions, see https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/7986/14/includes/RecentChange.php Perhaps Echo will allow better implementation.
