while getting png images of <math> in jawiki, such as
http://ja.wikipedia.org/math/e/c/8/ec899f9494c41641710da3a5c2a12dcc.png
in
http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%83%96%E3%83%AB%E3%83%B3%E3%81%AE%E5%AE%9A%E7%90%86
squid returns following error:

May be this issue with mod_rewrite on opterons:

Switched the rewrite condition to use the method used for the uploads; it now works.
