Where is page http://ru.wikipedia.org/Обсуждение:Википедия

Namespace "Обсуждение" = "Talk"

If I try http://ru.wikipedia.org/обсуждение:википедия 
It works

If I try to type in "search" field: "Обсуждение:Википедия" and hit "go", it is ok

"Обсуждение:википедия" (i.e. lowercase cyrillic pagename) it is ok 

"talk:Википедия" (i.e. lowercase latin namespace) it is ok 

But "обсуждение:Википедия" does not work.
Because of no auto uppercase for non-latin namespaces in "enter pagename and
press go" .

Added refrence url.

I am not shure any more if I can reproduce this bug every time or if it happened
only the first time. Please start always from [[ru:]] insert only search strings
if you are shure that they contain only Cyrillic characters. Try to find out if
the results are identical with your expectations.

Please be aware of
Bug 5025: [[lowercase namespace:lowecase pagename]] generate red links (at
Russian Wikipedia)
The later bug complicates analysis.
