1. Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Black&veaction=edit
2. Middle-click or ctrl+click on any wikilink

You get a 404 page, e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/Outer_space

VE should use fully qualified hrefs (/wiki/foo), just as MW always does.

I think this is a duplicate of 48915, which clearly we should fix right now.
