Today Translation Notification Bot@metawiki has been flooding RecentChanges in spite of being flagged as 'bot' <https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AListUsers&username=Translation+Notification+Bot&group=bot&limit=1>.

We recently requested on bug 44210 that all notifications be delivered by the TNB account, so the projects could flag it and then avoid RC flooding.

Is this still an issue? Seems like a dupe of bug 41637.
