Description Niklas Laxström 2013-04-28 18:01:49 UTC
Proofreading could be faster if it could be done with keyboard only.

Problems with the current status:
* Need to manually scroll the page regularly
* Need to hit the proofreading icons with mouse - even though the icons are quite bug, they are quite far away from each other needing effort to not to miss
* Opening and closing the editor needs hitting small icons with the mouse - opening the editor is often needed to see further context.

I don't know if shortcuts can address all problems, but the issues would still be quite painful for people other than shortcuts junkies.

I don't understand what you mean here, that there are very few messages in a page? That you'd replicate the auto-scrolling we have for saving?

I thought there was a bug for the little far icons but I've not found it.

That's bug 46740 + another bug for scrolling or expanding the aids area (which needs scrolling almost in all cases, AFAICS) + adding keyboard shortcuts for the feature.
