You may download a Sogou Input(which is the most popular one in china, on the Windows） to test it. This includes ibus on Ubuntu. I'll re-test with Sogou native when I get a chance, unless someone else does first. Javascript cloud-based IMEs, including Sogou cloud, are not working.
