That worked in part. A few thousands edits were performed: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions&offset=&limit=5000&tagfilter=&contribs=user&target=BetaBot&namespace=1198
Where the !!FUZZY!! was not there explicitly, the bot edits were able to fix the diff: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Translations:Wikidata:Introduction/20/ro&action=history
Where the !!FUZZY!! was already there, removing and readding it via bot doesn't have effect (although it works if done manually), see e.g. the still broken diff at https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Translations:Wikidata:Administrators/4/zh-tw&action=edit

I still see this on many (most?) Meta-Wiki translations.

You are lacking information: when were those translations originally made.

I don't have any intention to waste time debugging a WONTFIX bug. I'm just reporting a daily life observation.
