Please install the free Persian fonts available from FarsiWEb: http://www.farsiweb.ir/font/farsifonts-0.4.zip 

They are all released under GNU v.2 and they will be helpful for rasterizing SVG images.

Why is this filed under SVG? 
This sounds like extensions/WebFonts instead?

The fonts in question are NOT webfonts. They are needed for rasterization of text in SVG files. See bug 43640 for more details.

It appears these fonts have been available to svgs since at least Jun 2012, possibly significantly earlier. That is before this bug was filed. Could you please double check that these fonts really aren't available in your svg file?

https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Stuxnet-influence.svg makes it look like the font is installed. Closing worksforme. Please re-open if the font isn't really installed or there are other issues.
