The message 'scribunto-console-intro' is not parsed. The asterisks are shown as is. It also doesn't let use BiDi formatting, like ‎.

Yes, this is still an issue. For an example see here:

Scroll to the console area and you'll see "<bdi>mw.log()</bdi>". The tags shouldn't be seen, but should be used as real HTML tags.
