MediaWiki (http://wikipedia.sf.net/): 1.4-prealpha 
    PHP (http://www.php.net/): 5.0.1 (apache2handler) 
    MySQL (http://www.mysql.com/): 4.0.20-standard-log

It probably should be showing the postgres version instead. :)

Log Message:
Add Database::getSoftwareLink() and Database::getServerVersion(), and use
those in Special:Version.
