wikidata columns for rtl languages needs <span style="direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;> http://wikidata-test-repo.wikimedia.de/w/index.php/Data:Q3?uselang=fa
Now that we changed the direction, can someone explain what the unicode-bidi:embed would actually do? Why is this change needed? What would be different with it?

What would be > different with it? thank you for your changes before that the labels such as "همچنین شناخته شده به عنوان :" or [دخیره|انصراف] has problem and they were messy. now rtl direction is not completed and writing titles which has () is difficult for example apple's article in fa.wiki is اپل (شرکت) as you see the shape of () are not correct and it should be like http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%A7%D9%BE%D9%84_(%D8%B4%D8%B1%DA%A9%D8%AA) the input box should be rtl.
http://wikidata-test-repo.wikimedia.de/wiki/Data:Q8375?uselang=fa after pressing [ویرایش] (in front of title) text direction will be change to ltr!
http://wikidata-test-repo.wikimedia.de/wiki/Special:CreateItem?uselang=fa also in create page the text boxes should be rtl
Hi Reza, > now rtl direction is not completed and writing titles which has () is difficult If I understand you correctly, this works correctly now: If I add an item in Persian, then the input box is defined as rtl, and if I add an item in Catalan, then it's defined as ltr. > http://wikidata-test-repo.wikimedia.de/wiki/Special:CreateItem?uselang=fa > also in create page the text boxes should be rtl I reported the Special:CreateItem issue separately as Bug 41001. Thanks for finding this. All the issues mentioned here seem to be fixed or reported elsewhere, so I'm closing this bug. If you find any new issues, please report them as new bugs, and mark them as bugs that block Bug 36637.
