The component description does say "Please don't report bugs in the underlying Bugzilla system. Those bugreports should go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ !" so if this is NOT configurable by MediaWiki, can someone escalate it to there.

Given comments like https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=167#c30 could we adjust the skin of https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/ to change all references to "Vote" to "Favorite" so all users quickly understand voting is not relevant.
