I think you should except the Huggle-Project from the IRC-Bot wikibugs in #mediawiki if possible because that's not really related to mediawiki directly.

I disagree, but I'm not closing this WONTFIX since others may agree with you.  Are you looking to avoid interest in Huggle bugs?

This bug is almost a duplicate of bug 10760, anyway it's apparently fixed in the current code: see bug 55807 for the negative side (i.e., when the product is not offtopic for the channel it's removed from).

Feel free to file a new bug when you have an answer to this question. I think it may be superseded by bug 46144, however, because Huggle may be considered on topic for #wikimedia- more than it was for #mediawiki.
