Description Hazard-SJ 2012-02-18 23:11:30 UTC
(See [[simple:Wikipedia:Simple_talk#Non-patrollers_marking_their_own_edits_as_patrolled]])

On [[simple:Special:Log/patrol]], it shows users without the patroller, administrator and bot rights as patrolling edits, and this seems to have been a recent problem.

I only have it verified for there up to this current moment.

Looks like this happens with new pages only.

Nevermind. simple.wikipedia doesn't use RCPatrolling.
Comment 3 Mark A. Hershberger 2012-02-20 23:31:11 UTC
Does this have anything to do with Bug 27875? I don't really know, but I do know that testwiki's log page looks different than simple wiki's and noc shows the configuration is different.

I use patrolling on my wiki, and since switching to 1.19 the log entries on http://spiele.j-crew.de/w/index.php?title=Spezial:Logbuch/patrol are wrong. For example, there is the line

10:26, 19. Feb. 2012 78.212.130.2 (Diskussion) markierte Version 11418 von Seite SpieleWiki:Spielwiese als kontrolliert

even though I know that 78.212.130.2 was the author of the change, and I (User:Thomas) patrolled it. It looks like the log entry always contains the author of the change, not the patroller.
