There's a request on the German Wikipedia to show the interwiki links with the localized language names. We all know, this is wontfix Bug 8078. But since we have the CLDR extension it should be easy to use these localized language names in the tooltips (title attribute) of the interwiki links. What about that?

There is also request for having the target page name in the tooltip.
