On the edit form, just above the "Save page" button, there are usually two checkboxes: To the far left, the "This is a minor edit" checkbox, and to the right of it, the "Watch this page" checkbox. As a consequence of the current solution to bug 27860, the first checkbox is hidden in some cases. In these cases, the "Watch this page" checkbox is located in a different position than usually, i. e. to the far left (= in the place where usually the "This is a minor edit" checkbox is found). This inconsistent positioning of the "Watch this page" checkbox makes it harder for editors to use the edit form (because they cannot trust that they will find the "Watch this page" checkbox in the same position). It may also cause a page to be accidentally unwatched (where the user in fact just wanted to uncheck the "minor" checkbox). Please ensure that the "Watch this page" checkbox is always in the same horizontal position relative to the "Save page", "Show preview", and "Show changes" buttons.
