Description Robert Ribnitz 2011-07-03 13:49:16 UTC
Pages like Special:NewPages have a number of settings that affect the resulting page shown. These include showing/hiding patrolled changes, bots or logged in users. As someone who frequently does new page patrolling it would be useful to save the settings used on the page (hide patrolled changes), and to use that as a default setting when loading the page.

Using JavaScript (or similar scripting) to implement this functionality can only be a workaround, and would not solve the underlying problem in the long run.

Devs will reply that browser favourites can do this job.
