The 'transcode' table currently holds some basic info on transcode status, currently at least some basic notions of queueing and success/failure data.

However it's not exposed on the File: page, so there's not a good way to tell whether a file is getting handled correctly or not.

I have added this to the file page in r89372  will do some additional tweaks as I fix associated bug 29178
