There are several maintenance scripts that should be run (regularly?) on incubator.  From IRC:

 <Danny_B|backup> not sure, what is the maintenance script, i spoke with brion,
                  he may know what exactly should be run
 <Danny_B|backup> there are ghost entries in database
 <Danny_B|backup> broken watchlists
 <Danny_B|backup> some orphan things
 <Danny_B|backup> etc
 <Danny_B|backup> so some general cleanup should be ran

Search suggest suggests pages which have been deleted long time ago.

Problem described in bug 21962 also appears.

Roan says one of the tasks to run is namespaceDupesWT.php

I ran the following on incubatorwiki. Let me know whether that helped
populateParentId.php
namespaceDupesWT.php
cleanupTitles.php
cleanupWatchlist.php
