Sorry I can not reproduce this behaviour any more. It may relay to some delay or caching at the server, browser etc. I am sure I pressed CTRL-SHIFT-R several times *before* I made the screen shot. The original reported bug might relate to interfearing of different versions of http://jadesukka.homelinux.org:8180/mediawikirtl/index.php?title=Template:Allpages&action=history with http://jadesukka.homelinux.org:8180/mediawikirtl/index.php?title=Project:Community_Portal&action=history where many trials where made with BiDi (bidirectional) <span dir="rtl" > ... <span dir="ltr" > syntax.
