Search suggest no longer suggests canonical names of special pages, while it used to.

It does search through both the canonical names and the local translation, but when sent to the front end the canonical names are translated.

Looking for Special:AllPag will suggest Special:AllPages (as "Spezial:Alle_Seiten")
so the search still indexes them but shouldn't translate them.

Caused by r67661, reverted in r83876.
