Using google chrome

Steps to recreate:

1. Go to a talk page and chose to create a new section (+)
2. Type info in the header and body.
3. Hit the signature link ~~~~

Wherever the cursor is located on the page it will always add the signature to the header. This is repeatable

Seems like a regression, but feel free to change the blocker if it isn't.

Can't reproduce in Chrome.  If you can still reproduce, please show provide more information.
