The last occurrence in mediawiki was removed with r82446.

I investigated the issue wich is cache related. Those wiki fetches their messages from the old 1.16 message cache which is outdated.

I talked to Roan on IRC about this, luckily he was already working on refreshing the l10n caches.

Cache regenerated by Roan. The issue should now be fixed on all wiki but the ones using Xmf language pending a deployment of r82446.
