Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigates to Wikimedia main page.
2. Open a page in edit mode.
3. Click on the 'Advanced' link.


Actual results:
Advanced toolbar is overlap with the wiki editor.

works for me with ie7,8

This can be reproduce only in Opera 11. Re-opening the bug.

Ah, sorry I missed that in the description.  Also seen in Opera 10 on Linux.

WFM in Opera 10.00 (downloaded from oldapps.com) on Windows 7

This was reported also on on ptwiki[1], and I've seen it sporadically using recent Google Chrome versions on Ubuntu 12.10.
