It will be necessary to look into sanitation, zoning, and shipping laws to verify feasibility of widespread pony distribution.  I suggest Wikimedia's counsel is contacted before substantial development resources are invested here.

Note that Chromium attempted to implement a related feature, involving goats, and received some complaints:

It's best to board ponies elsewhere, else they will eat any papers you leave lying about.  I recommend Miwok.
