Listing under API, but UI probably needs updating too, and possibly even some schema changes? (if indexes missing etc)

"Make sure all relevant indexes are used in ApiQueryLogEvents" for comment above

Generalising, per r66891#c7089 - "There is no index on (prefix, title, from), although IMO such an index makes a lot of sense and should be added"
