Raw text nodes in the DOM after editing

When you make any changes to the iframe contents, the headings below the change will be unwrapped, leaving raw text nodes in the body and breaking the table of contents. Consecutive headings will merge (visually) since they are no longer discreet paragraphs.

This is only occurring on Internet Explorer.

Based on this report, it seems to happen in other browsers as well.
