When I check the links today, neither of them have any results from Wikisource. Was this feature removed? If so, I guess it's no longer relevant.
I don't know of any such feature. To my knowledge this never existed. Perhaps it is a local javascript gadget? In that case I'd recommend asking in the local equivalent of "village pump" on sv.wikipedia.org and see if someone recently disabled that (and why?) or perhaps it no longer works.
Looking at bug 44420, and the bugs it depends on/blocks, it appears this functionality did appear to exist in the past on other wikis as wlel. Though I've never seen this in the software, it might've been a feature in the Wikimedia-specific configuration for MediaWiki, or (as I mentioned earlier) it could've been a local gadget that different wikis copied.
