Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Adam Cuerden 2009-04-18 13:41:48 UTC
If you click on the "Upload a new version of this file" link, you will never be allowed to upload a new version of the file. It will allow it to start uploading, then claim that the file has no extention when it's done.

As an annoying secondary bug, which might matter if it weren't for the above, it truncates the filename after any apostrophe.

This does not affect normal upload, so it's merely awful, instead of destroying Wikipedia completely. But please, please fix this quickly.
