When the function "E-mail me when a page on my watchlist is changed" is enabled, I receive letters about changing on the pages. When page was changed I receive the letter with topic "XXX page YYY has been changed by User ZZZ" (for example "Wikimedia Commons page File:Wikimedia chapters.svg has been changed by Bastique"), but when the page was (un)deleted, (un)protected, created, file uploaded I receive message with topic "XXX page YYY has been changed by User ZZZ" (for example "Wikimedia Commons page File:Wikimedia chapters.svg has been created by Bastique" instead of "Wikimedia Commons page File:Wikimedia chapters.svg has been uploaded by Bastique" when the file was reuploaded).

So, the word "created" should be changed to "deleted", "undeleted", "protected", "unprotected", "created", "uploaded" according the action.
