Since the installation .sql scripts for the OAIRepository extension have /*$wgDBprefix*/ in them, the code in OAIRepo_body.php should use the table prefixes also.

There are several places in the code where this would have to be changed, and that differs by version.

Until this is fixed, wikis which use a non-empty-string value in wgDBprefix will not be able to run the IncrementalUpdater successfully.
