What is this about? Why is this needed and what is wrong with WantedPages?

This is about having a single special page with a meaningful name to replace the existing Wanted(Namespace) pages, while extending it to any namespace (from main to image to portal_talk).

This is more general issue, not the question about Wanted* only - it involves also Uncategorized*, Mostlinked* and Unused*.

Also keep in mind, the Wanted* pages are not generated ad hoc but cached, besides WantedPages is off on WMF sites. How would you do easy caching for one page with changeable parameter?

And even if you're going to do it somehow, I am strictly against "Redlinks" name - that's 1) skin/CSS dependent and 2) does not describe the function at all. Go rather "Wanted" or "Misssing" or this way.

Changing the summary to more descriptive (shouldn't it actually even be changed to more general per my comment #4?)
