I think will be good idea to unite all these special pages in one with namespace selector,

Also will be good idea to add ability to specify name prefix (useful in big wikis with many uncategorized pages).

Rob Church started 7 months ago a branch with a reporting system for such special pages... But dunno what happens :-(

Also custom namespaces (Portal, List, etc) may be handled in such implementation.

Same applies to wanted and uncategorized, most linked sets of special pages.

Uncat pages is now UncategorizedPagesPage

Uncat categories now subclasses UncategorizedPagesPage, as does uncat templates...

Varying only on the requestedNamespace...
