Interlinks containing the letter "ş" are broken. An example can be found on en: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kurdish_Autonomous_Region The Kurdish interlink should go to http://ku.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ba%C5%9F%C3%BBr%C3%AA_Kurdistan%C3%AA ([[w:ku:Başûrê Kurdistanê]]) but goes to http://ku.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ba%C3%85%C5%B8%C3%BBr%C3%AA_Kurdistan%C3%AA ([[w:ku:BaÅŸûrê Kurdistanê]] The character "ş" is correctly converted to & # 351 ; when you edit the page and save, but appears as something else in the interlink. The problem is browser independent (I checked with IE, Firefox and Opera), but nevertheless might be related to bug 1540 This problem has been discusse several months ago on the Turkish Wikipedia as an argument against UTF-8, but as far as I remember had been resolved.
Note: It does not seem to be a general problem. You get from http://ku.wikipedia.org/wiki/M%C3%BB%C5%9F [[w:ku:Mûş]] to http://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mu%C5%9F_%28il%29 [[w:tr:Muş (il)]] and back without problems via interlinks.
