Pages, a, a/b, a/b/c exist

a/b has top links to a, a/b/c has links to a | b

Does not work as expected: http://strategywiki.org/wiki/Template:Eternal_Arcadia/Armor/Documentation
Page a does not exist
Page a/b exists and has subpage a/b/c

a/b/c should have the links at the top pointing to a/b (not necessary both a and b)
