I have different account name in two wikipedias, one in en.wikipedia.org and another in fi.wikipedia.org. If I use ~~~~ in fi.wikipedia.org, the system fills my account name in en.wikipedia.org, not the account name in fi.wikipedia.org.
The signature shows as the name whatever you put in the "nickname" field in preferences ("Nimimerkki (allekirjoituksia varten)"). If you've left the field blank, it shows your username. (The signature always links to your user page.) There's basically no way that it can show the "wrong" name unless you're logged in as the wrong user. Check your nickname setting, and if you're sure it's still wrong please provide your usernames on both wikis so we can investigate further.
