Sure, on page 飛航管理 I use lots of Template:C but not plain file C.

It must be an artifact, the answer probably is "go rebuild the tables"
I suppose.

A null edit on the page solved it; sounds like a temporary dud value in your
link table. You'll probably want to run maintenance/refreshLinks.php in case
there are other such values.
