FYI, there's some issues in the following items in the message array, by 
checkLanguage.php file.

20 messages of 1630 are not translated to lt, but exist in en:

2 messages of 1613 are not exist in en (or are in the ignored list), but still e
xist in lt:
* protect-viewtext
* block-log-flags-autoblock

3 messages of 1613 in lt don't use some variables while en uses them:
* cascadeprotected
* cascadeprotectedwarning
* protect-cascadeon
