It happens to me quite often that an existing page title on the Chinese
Wikipedia cannot be found using Special:Export. My suspicion is that it happens
when one specifies the page title using traditional characters. I'm reporting
this because it causes trouble with the interwiki bot, which will falsely think
that an interwiki link is going to a non-existing page

Only the real title works with Special:Export, not converted aliases.

No reason we don't want Special:Export to work with aliases, though, right?  (Not that I'm 
volunteering to patch it.)
