Featurerequest - as i use a Webhostingserver as many Other Admins of MediaWiki i
have a lot of Work at every Update.

My Serverconfig is in /config so i have to move whole Mediawiki every time i
update to /wiki/ and then back to / after updating.

Cant be so hard to rename /config of MediaWiki to /install or anything else.
