There are no links in the Special:Undelete page where old revisions are shown.

Particularly the talk link would be useful in the normal action list 1. you see
new page with crap from irc relay 2. you paste the url to browser 3. delete page
(4. click talk on the ip that created the page and add warning or consider
banning if there are already warnings)

Now I have to do 4. Double click on the IP-address 5. paste it to search box,
hit go 6. click 'talk'.
